Q: How long does it take for you to ship?
A: Orders are shipped within 10-12 business days after placing the order. This means we have up to 12 business days to process and package your items and then your order will be shipped. Once the item is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days of being shipped.
​We only ship on business days (M-F) and my shipping time frame does not include weekends. Please wait until after the full 12 business days before contacting me regarding the status of your order.

Q: Are your cups dishwasher safe?
A: Our cups are handmade with vinyl and sealed with a heat gun. With that being said, all dishwashers' heat settings are different which can affect the overall look of the vinyl. We do NOT recommend dishwashing them. For the best care and maintenance of your Penelope and Co cup, we recommend hand washing and not sitting in water for long amounts of time.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We currently do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order please contact us at penelopeandco12@gmail.com and we will try to help as best I can!

Q: When does a customer need to report an issue with an order?
A: Customer must reach out within one business day of delivery with any issues so we can assist.
